Bridgeport Caribe Youth Leaders (BCYL) has a new program that addresses the digital learning needs of young adults, ages 18 and above, who are high school graduates, GED or completed a vocational program. This innovative program is called SUCCESS 2.0-A Digital Accelerator Program using the Google Suite Platform. The virtual program will consist of three 8- week cohorts. The first cohort begins in late September to November, then January to April and April to June.
During the 8 -week session, the participants learn computer skills, how to create an effective resume and cover letter, Best Money Practices; Communication and Salary Negotiating Skills, how best to use Google for Job Search and much more.
The program is targeted for individual who has limited access to digital training and designed to accommodate candidates' daily work schedules. The SUCESSS 2.0 program is held on Tuesdays and Thursdays evening from 6-8 PM. and participants will have access to a laptop, provided exclusively for the program. Upon completion, participants can earn up to a $500 stipend check.
